I’ve since coached hundreds of C-Suite and Senior Executives, Partners, and Founders in high-stakes, fast-paced organizations, and that sentiment has been repeated in some form or other by so many. The stress and pressure you face daily is intense and through all that, you’re expected to show decisiveness, grace, and authenticity as well… that’s a tall order…

The process

To get a holistic look at what motivates and supports you, I use various tools to start the coaching process, including the Enneagram, Human Design, Values and Strengths, and a Vertical Development assessment.

The combination of assessments will be personalized to fit your context, needs, and outcomes. This approach allows us to have deeper conversations over and above the “to dos” of leadership, focusing instead on how you are “being” and how you need to be, to achieve your personal and professional objectives.  

Then, through powerful questions, deep listening, somatic and mindfulness practices - a customized combination of Embodied Leadership tools that constitute the proprietary Clarusoma Method - we will unlock the wisdom and knowing that you hold within you to be at your best, so that you can deliver results in the best way possible.

Coaching sessions offer a confidential, safe space where you can bring your whole self to the conversation.

  • We start with a 30-minute chemistry session so we can get to know one another and I can understand your needs and objectives.

  • Depending on your goals and context, a series of evidence-based developmental frameworks and tools will be used in our coaching sessions.

  • Executive coaching is typically offered on the basis of a 12-month retainer, and the duration and frequency of sessions will be personalized to your needs.

  • Conducted in person (subject to location and budget) or online, either on Zoom or MS Teams.

  • Limited to 12 clients.
