If you’re like most people, you think your work life and personal life are separate - and you live them that way. It’s this fallacy that keeps us in two different modes (which is sometimes necessary) but often stops us from being truly effective and…worse still… happy!

Over the past 20 years, I’ve been involved in the personal development space and trained in the most relevant, impactful and leading edge methods to achieve personal awareness and mastery. I also learnt several forms of meditation, alternative therapies and energy work, including Feng Shui, Reiki, Lindwall Releasing and Pranic Healing.

This was when coaching became my calling, so I could help individuals and businesses achieve lasting, transformative change. 

However, it wasn’t until I was "lucky" enough to have gone through some real personal challenges that my personal development and energy healing world collided with my corporate world.

This had a profound, lasting impact when I coached team members and peers. This was when coaching became my calling, so I could help individuals and businesses achieve lasting, transformative change. And since that time, I have dedicated my professional life to these three things: 


1. You can have it all, as long as you define “all” wisely.

My clients are all high-powered executives who want to have it all, but get stuck figuring out what “all” means, how to get it, and not to burn out in the process. The trick is to define what your “all” is, what drives you to want it, and find a balance. And that’s the work we will do together. So you can see why segmenting your life into parts here isn’t the best option.



2. Achieving a Beautiful State. 

A Beautiful State is the understanding that what happens in our lives, happens for us and not to us. Regardless of how it feels in the moment. By focusing on what we are learning, even in the most turbulent and difficult moments, we become more resilient and can move forward with more grace and wisdom.



3. More being-ness & less doing-ness.

In order to have more being-ness we often need to break out of our old patterns of behaviour and thinking. 



By bringing my experience of being a working mother of three who has simultaneously juggled career, postgraduate education, family health issues and more, my joy is to create and develop customised coaching programs for you to gain greater clarity around your life and business outcomes, and to achieve them with more fun, more quickly and more effortlessly.


How coaching works

Coaching is simply a conversation to spark curiosity around your personal and professional challenges, and inspire reflection and action.

I coach individuals who want to become more self-aware and who are open to thinking about themselves and their world a little differently. And coaching conversations can take place in person (if we’re in the same city or if you/your company will fly me in) or online via Zoom - they both work equally well!

Sessions last between 45 minutes to 90 minutes, depending on how much time you wish to spend, and what you want to focus on. And I work with clients for anything from 3 months to over a year.
